Love love love the nails Thomas did for me!!! Actually the best set I’ve gotten! His attention to detail and the cuticles will make this last an extra week easily. I’m so pleased with the service and the price, JMU students use your student discount too. I will be coming back here everytime I need my nails done now❕❕🫶🏻🙌🏻

Very professional and nice people and they did a great job with my pedicure and set of nails. I would recommend,just wish they would tell you the prices first. Of course the prices on line is not what you actually end up paying,just keep that in mind....

This was my first time getting my nails done, and it was for my freshman homecoming. I was really excited to go and I never thought this would happen. The woman who greeted us when we walked in told us to pick up a color. I didn't even get half way over to the nail polish when a man grabbed my arm and said go sit. He said pick your color later. When they were filing my nails they cut them up, and both my pinky nails were bleeding. After the acrylic was put on I asked if I was supposed to wash my hands before they were painted. The man doing my nails said no. But from research I’ve done, I’m pretty sure I am supposed to wash them because of the chemicals from the acrylic. He did not ask me what design I wanted. Or if the color was okay. I didn't realize he was done and he just walked away. When I said I wanted a design he proceeded to yell at me.

I liked the nail work but I didn't like the chair hopping of the workers. Was passed between Three different techs. Also wasn't happy that prices were not addressed up front. Was told that gel and acrylics cost the same, which everyone knows is not true. When I called back to talk to the only guy who spoke good English, his father was babbling on in the background I'm guessing to justify why we were overcharged. Good work but bad customer 6. Better ask prices up front if you go. Also the only place I've ever been that charges more for nail shape and again they don't tell you up front. Three of us will not be going back. I appreciate good work, but not dishonesty.

I got my nails and toes done here and they did them exactly how i asked and they were all so sweet and this is genuinely the best nail place i’ve been to. I will be going back!

Was in town for a work conference and stopped by to get a gel pedicure. Never been here before but I came based on the reviews and years in business. I'm glad I did because Thomas did amazing! He took his time, good attention to detail, and easy to work with. I ended up wanting a manicure from him as well because he was so good. He gave a great dip mani with tips for my poor, half bitten off fingernails. Will definitely come back here!
